產(chǎn)品概述：

  本公司生產(chǎn)的膠帶輸送機(jī)具有輸送量大、結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、維修方便、部件標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，它廣泛地應(yīng)用在礦山冶金煤炭等部門(mén)用來(lái)輸送松散物料或成件物品，根據(jù)輸送工藝要求，可以單臺(tái)輸送，也可多臺(tái)組成或與其它輸送設(shè)備組成水平或傾斜的輸送系統(tǒng)，以滿(mǎn)足不同布置型式的作業(yè)線(xiàn)需要。膠帶輸送機(jī)可在環(huán)境溫度-20℃至+40℃的范圍內(nèi)使用，輸送物料的溫度在50℃以下。

本公司生產(chǎn)的膠帶輸送機(jī)有如下型式：

（一）以傳動(dòng)型式區(qū)分：

1. STDJ 機(jī)械傳動(dòng)系列

它是采用擺線(xiàn)針輪減速機(jī)（帶戶(hù)外電機(jī)）和鏈傳動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)型式。

2. STDJ II 機(jī)械傳動(dòng)系列。

它是由側(cè)掛減速器和帶傳動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)型式

3. STD電滾簡(jiǎn)傳動(dòng)系列。

它是采用電滾簡(jiǎn)直接傳動(dòng)型式

（二）以安裝式區(qū)分：

1. 固定式系列：直接安裝在地基上

2. SDY系列-移動(dòng)式系列。

它配有輪胎行走機(jī)構(gòu)和輸送傾角調(diào)節(jié)裝置，它可根據(jù)裝卸作業(yè)的要求自由調(diào)整。

（三）以結(jié)構(gòu)型式區(qū)分：

本公司的膠帶輸送機(jī)有槽鋼，框架和衍架三種結(jié)構(gòu)型式。用戶(hù)在訂購(gòu)膠帶輸送機(jī)時(shí)，需注以帶維修走道和不帶維修走道二種。

The belt conveyers produced by SJLC have following different types:

(1) Divded by Driving Method:

1. STDJ--Mechanical Drive

It is drived by cycloidal pin-wheel reducer(with outdoor motor)and chain-drive mechanism.

2. STDJ II Mechanical Drive Series It adopt upside-down reducer and belt-drive mechanise.

3. STD--Electric Rotor Drive Series

It is drived by electric rotor.

(2) Divded by Installation Method:

1. Fixed Series

It is directly installed on foundayion.

(3) Divided by Structures:

The belt conveyers produced by SJLC have three different structres:

1. U-steel

2. Frarme

3. Truss

NOTE:

This conveyor have two kinds,one with repairing walkway,anotherwithoutrepairingwalkway,when ordering the users shall state it clearly.
